What happens to your information, in this demo and in a hosted deployment.

In this demo, nothing leaves your browser
The demonstration build has no account, no login and no server-side storage of financial data. The dataset ships with the application, and anything you add or edit is written to local storage on your own device.
Clearing your browser data removes it. You can export the full dataset as JSON, or reset it to the original demo figures, from Settings at any time.
Analytics and tracking
The demonstration build contains no third-party analytics, advertising or session-recording scripts, and sets no tracking cookies.
In a hosted deployment
A hosted WealthCues stores financial records in a PostgreSQL database, scoped so every query is bound to the signed-in user. Documents are held in object storage separately from the database.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to financial records is audit-logged. Secrets and API keys live in the server environment and are never exposed to the browser.
Where an AI provider is configured, only the computed figures needed to answer a question are sent to it — never raw account numbers or credentials. Deployments that must keep financial context on their own infrastructure can run a local model through Ollama instead.
Form submissions
If you contact WealthCues or join the mailing list, the details you submit are stored so we can reply, and may be relayed to an automation service for that purpose. Bot verification is applied to those forms. You can ask for your details to be removed at any time.
